A Long Green Line Of Soldiers

A long green line of soldiers was in place against an opposing force of little gray figures; Hidden by tanks and upon the wings of jets they ranked in position of importance.

"Onward!" was my battle cry as they crept, some on bellies, and some in a stance. My lips mimicked the sound of a machine gun as the green line advanced, only to be swept aside by the cord of an Electric Lux as mom passed by.

"Mom! You ruined the war!"

"Pick-up your toys so I can clean before your daddy gets here!" "Ah, you're no fun!" I sighed. "We're going to be at war If you don't do it NOW! Hop to it!" she sneered. "Holy cow! Alright", I said.

My mind was bent on throwing a fit until her 50s style dress whooshed over my head like a tent, and I saw her rear!

Back and forth like a head rest went her dress as I stared straight up her girdle. The hovering glide of her thighs, back and forth, made a covering as the shell of a turtle, and I couldn't hide my bashful eyes.

I forgot all about the soldiers!
A long, green line of soldiers against an opposing force of little gray figures seemed to loose their curiosity appeal that day,
to another type of figure.

Her Smiling Eyes

The attractiveness of her eyes
beaming between brown tapestries of hair,
flowing symmetrically to her hands,
gently folded upon her chair, met mine.

Her presence permeated the room
where a crowd stared and lingered.
A velvet red rope separated her
from the touch of my curious fingers.

She, with her immortal fame
was centuries old within her frame; yet
romantically entranced I followed her glance until I was told, "Step back from the rope!"

Driven back with a frown I made my stand until a tall couple blocked her smiling eyes. Her partial grin smiled back to me through coupled arms at about my height.

The excitement escalated! That smile!
That Mona Lisa smile was then recognized!

But it was her magnetized, attributive eyes that I first appreciated.
